Forest Bathing & Nature Therapy Walks

Decrease stress, improve health, revive creativity, and feel more connected and alive.

Group Walks

Whether you want to bring together your life-long friends for a meaningful reunion or gather your workplace team for a inspiring and creative activity, forest bathing is an incredible way to bring awe and health back into your life. It seems so simple, and yet it’s even easier to get outside with a group of people who you think you already know so well.

Individual Therapy Walks

As a shamanic practitioner, I find my clients enjoy doing therapeutic sessions outdoors to reconnect to lost pieces of themselves or to feel the presence and guidance of ancestors. One-on-one sessions can be deeply healing as individuals have an easier time being vulnerable and open.

Workplace Wellness Walks

Cultivating workplace wellness enables businesses to decrease employee stress, attract and maintain talent, improve workplace relationships and connection, and boost creativity and productivity.

Walks for Grief Therapy

There aren’t many places in our culture to process our many griefs in society. The forest offers itself to us, to bring our deepest sorrows to her soils for transformation. Just as she absorbs our carbon dioxide exhales and transforms them back into oxygen for our inhales, she can transform our grief into much needed peace.

Walks for Anxiety and/or Depression

Anxiety seems to touch all of us these days. Whether we’re worried about family members, financial security, a global pandemic, or climate change, we carry much in our hearts and minds. Forest therapy lowers cortisol levels and can help us become more present, lowering our anxiety levels.

Walks for Creativity

The forest is an incredible resource to spark our creative juices. When we’re stuck indoors too long, we begin to lose our creativity and start to fall into the rhythm of algorithms—just the same old same old story. When we step outside, everything is possible.
