Nature Therapy Guide
Park City, Utah

For individuals and groups who want real connection, more creativity, and deep vitality

Reduce stress, boost your immune system, and come home to yourself.

All ancient cultures had a deep connection with nature. Humans have long turned to the forests, the sea, and the open plains for healing, solace, and rejuvenation. The modern day concept of Forest Bathing originated in Japan with the practice of Shinrin Yoku (literally “forest bathing) in the early 1980s to remedy the exponential increase of cancer and inflammatory diseases.

Decades later, science is revealing what we’ve known all along: more time in nature is undeniably good for our wellbeing and health. It’s so simple that we often dismiss it. Spending just a few hours in nature can have lasting effects on our health for weeks.

You can learn more about Forest Bathing’s positive effects here, and how to nourish your relationship with nature.
